Young golfer getting ready for significant competition

The rising star has considerable social media following

The young golfer can count on numerous high-profile cheerleaders as she begins her professional golf debut this Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, obtained a special exemption to compete at the Annika tournament in the Sunshine State.

The former president, someone who loves golf, owns multiple courses worldwide and frequently plays against his granddaughter.

"He's pretty good. I can't reveal details but we play competitive games," she stated.

She mentioned that Trump, who won't be present, counseled her: "Just don't get nervous."

"He essentially advised me to go out there and enjoy myself," she added.

"From my perspective, he's simply a normal grandpa. He can't make it this weekend. He's focused on world affairs, so he's rather occupied."

Being non-professional, the golfer has participated in only three events in 2024 and maintains ranking 461 in AJGA rankings.

Yet she's able to seek guidance from golf legend, romantically involved with Kai's mother.

"He represents the best player worldwide," Kai expressed.

"Furthermore, he's a superior individual. He suggested me to go out there, relax, and go with the flow."

Kai will face multiple the biggest names in the sport at this tournament, including world number two the champion, British golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.

The LPGA mentioned that her participation exposes the sport to different demographics, especially reaching youth audiences.

Kai boasts millions of followers and has started a personal apparel and wellness label.

Her first tee time at 17:30 GMT.
