Two Charged Over Heathrow ‘Pepper Spray’ Attack
Two men have been charged following a suitcase robbery where a believed to be pepper spray resulted in harm at London's Heathrow Airport.
Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, have both been charged with two counts of robbery and two counts of using a harmful chemical, authorities have stated.
This legal action stems from an probe of an assault at the parking structure at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Earlier that day, two women were robbed of their luggage stolen after exiting a car park lift, police said.
A toddler was caught up in the incident during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to a medical facility and were later discharged.
